Have I got the job.. I've always wanted?

I am a nurse and I've wanted to work in this particular hospital for years its the best in the state and today I actually had an interview with them! I think the interview went relli well the nursing unit manager who interview me was relli interest in when I could start.. After the interview, well about 10 minutes after I rang one of my referees who is a university lectuer and the num had already rung her for her reference in that 10 minute window. Is this a good sign? I reallllly want this job what do you all think!?
