she just needs to go to her dr...If I'm not mistaken tape worms you actually have to ingest the eggs to contract them. Round and Hook worms, don't remember the technical names, are the ones you can contract if you walk around barefooted. I would just go to the Dr. Most Dr's will work out a payment arrangement with you
