Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpa? Best place for 3 days?

So im going to Australia but want to have a short 3 day stop at one of the mentioned places, now ive looked at hostels and all seem to be very reasonable but cant decide where would be better. Im a traveler on a budget so cost is a factor.
