Do I have a concussion? Is it safe to sleep?

I just started to snowboard today. I fell backwards on my head and slid down the hill a couple of cm. I felt fine after that, although I feel like I'm taller than usual... I had a small and short headache after the fall. Now, I have no signs of any of the symptoms of a concussion. Yes, I did wore a helmet.
