I cut myself. When will the scars heal?

A few months ago i cut myself. Dont worry because after doing it a few times i pulled myself together and stopped. The cuts werent very deep at all. I did it with regular paper-cutting scissors and they looked almost exactly like cat scratches. Also, they didnt bleed much, only a few drops. Anyway, now i have scars on the tanned part of my arm that look like little white lines the same color as the parts of my skin that arent tan (not raised, they feel like normal skin) They arent to noticeable, but i iust just want to move on from that part of my life. How long do you think theyll last? Oh and what can i do to make them go away faster/ hide them? No hateful comments please cuz that is NOT what i need now.
