Do you know which video game is this one?

I remember playing this a few years back.. it's this weird looking spaceship that goes gathering it's parts as the game goes on.. such as legs and even arms I guess so it ends up being this cool/lame looking robot.. also I remember the first boss being a three headed dragon.. if you guys know the name or where I can find this I'd really REALLY appreciate it!
