How much meat can you ge out of a meat cow?

My friend is getting a meat, and dairy cow. I'm against the meat cow. but out of curiousity I was wondering what was so great about a meat cow, like how much meat do you get out of a meat cow? i know it's a dumb ? but ohh wel.
