Menopause or Pregnancy?

I'm 41, and my period is 2 1/2 weeks late. I did have some minimal spotting 2 days before my period was due (which could have been just spotting, or could have been implantation bleeding.) I've had a couple of late periods within the last 6 months, but usually I'm very regular. I am having to urinate very frequently, feel bloated and pressure in my lower abdomen, my appetite is messed up, I'm mildly nauseated at times, and I'm exhausted and falling asleep a lot. However, my husband had a vasectomy years ago, but he never got it tested. What do you think? Is this a possible pregnancy? or am I going through menopause?
