Your hometown food..?

My city is known for cheese steak sandwiches(thinly sliced steak grilled with onions, and served on a long, hard Italian roll with provolone or cheese wiz), and soft pretzels with mustard. Also hoagies made from lunch meats, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil and oregano on a long hard roll.
